The Warriors blew out the Clippers, 121-105 thanks to Chef Curry’s career night. Curry was on fire shooting 11-of-21 from the field and 8-of-16 from behind the arc. He also went 15-of-16 from the free throw line, a career high for makes, with 29 of his points coming in the first two quarters.

“I just knew right away when I got free for a couple of 3s in the first quarter and when they went down, I started to get a rhythm,” Curry said. “But beyond that, you just keep your head down and keep shooting, keep being aggressive, and that’s really it.”

In the four games since his return, Curry has averaged 36 points while shooting 65.6 percent from the field.

“He’s been on fire,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said. “Maybe the break was good for him. He’s been amazing.”

Golden State still has the league’s best record 32-8 even with Kevin Durant still being out his injury.
