Sony and Marvel released the first official trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming. After stealing the show in Captain America: Civil War, Peter Park will have his first stand alone movie in the Marvel Universe. Spider-Man star Tom Holland appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to debut the trailer to Spider-Man fans have been waiting to for.
Robert Downey Jr. returns as Tony Stark taking on more of a mentorship role with Peter. Fans also got their first look at Oscar winner Michael Keaton as the Vulture. The Shocker will also make an appearance as villain in Homecoming.
Tom Holland with Jimmy Kimmel. Tom Holland spoke about this version of Peter Parker, “This is really a movie where Spider-Man’s not the finished article,” Holland says. “He really does learn and he makes massive mistakes. It’s nice to see a kid do that and then try to rectify those mistakes.”

Spider-Man: Homecoming is set for release on July 7, 2017. Bokeem Woodbine Michael Keaton, Logan Marshall-Green, Hannibal Buress, Michael Mando and Donald Glover will join Holland in the Jon Watts-directed flick, which is Spider-Man’s first solo film in the MCU.
