The Rock Says He Is Serious About The 2020 Election

Published

on

“The Rock 2020” just got one step closer to reality.

During an appearance on Ellen with Jumanji co-star Kevin Hart, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, aka the world’s second-highest paid actor and all-around badass, announced that the rumors about him running for office is not a joke.

Ellen DeGeneres put the Johnson on the spot when she straight-up asked him, “Will you run?” In return, she got a straight-up answer.

“I’m seriously considering it, yes,” he responded.

Hart backed him up, saying, “If he were to put himself in that position, he would get my support wholeheartedly.”

“I think the ‘People’s President’ has a really nice ring to that. I’ll just say that,” Johnson said at Los Angeles Comic-Con on Saturday after being asked why a potential White House bid appealed to him, according to Entertainment Weekly.

On The Tonight Show, The Rock tells Jimmy Fallon: “I think a lot of people want to see a better leadership today. More poise, less noise. I think over the years I’ve become a guy a lot of the people relate to—get up early in the morning, go to work, spend time with the troops, take care of my family—that kind of thing really resonates with people.” He caps his statement by saying, “Three and a half years is a long way away, so we’ll see.”

Again just cause he considering it doesn’t mean anything. Until he says I’m officially running, this is all just fun.

Barack Obama And Jordan Peele Warns About Fake News

Published

on

Fake News is a new epidemic with the advances of technology. Fake News is changing election and creating new unrealistic basis. Now Barack Obama and Jordan Peele teamed up with a PSA on Fake News.

What a coup! Let’s listen to Obama’s wisdom.

“We’re entering an era in which our enemies can make it look like anyone is saying anything at any point at time — even if they would never say those things,” he said. “So, for instance, they could have me say things like, I don’t know, Killmonger was right! Or, Ben Carson is in the sunken place! Or, how ‘bout this: simply, President Trump is a total and complete dipsh*t.”

Hm, that doesn’t sound like Obama. It might be what he’s thinking (it’s for sure what he’s thinking), but he would never call Trump a “dipsh*t” in public. That’s because it’s not Obama — it’s a digitally manipulated Barack controlled by Peele, who warns viewers, “This is a dangerous time. Moving forward, we need to be more vigilant with what we trust from the internet… Stay woke, bitches.”

T.I. Wants People To Buying Starbucks After Black Men Were Arrested

Published

on

T.I. is ready to stop buying Starbucks.

Yesterday TMZ stopped T.I about the Philly incident which had 2 black men arrested and for sitting in a Starbucks.

“I think that we should reserve our right to stop spending our money in places that don’t respect us equally. I think that until they have made some progressive steps to let us know that they plan on rectifying the situation, I don’t see no other answer. I think that if there is one thing that America is showing us, there is two ways that you can get their attention: The loss of life, and the loss of finances. And there’s just too much that has been left undone when it come to us being treated equally and fairly in this country. I don’t have nothing personally against Starbucks. I don’t hold nothing against their shareholders or their franchise participants. But the greater good, man, that is my priority.”

Starbucks CEO Kevin Johnson also issued a statement apologizing for the incident, naming the arrest a “disheartening situation,” which led to a “reprehensible outcome.” He also proposed that he give a face-to-face apology to the two men, who were released Friday morning.

T.I. was also aware of the company’s apology, though he hadn’t accepted it. “Every time we’ve been slighted, every time we’ve been disrespected, every time we’ve been devalued, every time we’ve been disregarded, it’s always just a tweet or an apology and ‘Oh, it’s cool,’” he added. “Naw, naw. There needs to be real action taken.”

“We have an obligation to everyone involved, including the family of Clark, to wait for the full findings and results from the official autopsy and investigation,” Steinberg said. “As the mayor of our city, I assure the community and the public that we will aggressively seek answers to all of the questions the community is rightfully asking.”
