Mac Miller Teases New Track ‘Inertia’

Mac Miller has been hard work on his new album Swimming. The Pittsburgh native released a new freestyle “Inertia” to give fans a taste of what to expect on the lp.

The track, produced alongside Thundercat, is accompanied by a video of the rapper performing the tune in his studio. The clip is laid-back and realistic, showing Mac setting up his keyboards and testing the microphone before breathlessly rolling out his verses.

“Out of body, got my soul swimming/Ain’t no different good, heck, keep my toes twitching/You know Larry been fishing since he in the womb/This the scoop I’m the big dipper you the little spoon,” he references his album title throughout the song.

Swimming is out August 3.
