Kyrie Irving turned down a potential $101 million contract extension with the Boston Celtics this summer.
Rumors are floating around that Kyrie and Jimmy Butler are planning to join forces in 2019. Multiple reports stated the stars were looking at teams that could offer 2 max deals to sign the both stars. The Clippers, Knicks and the Nets would be prime teams that would be able to do sign both players.
Kyrie spoke with Boston radio’s Toucher and Rich about the possible rumors of him leaving.
“It’s easy to follow. I’m from New Jersey. But it’s rumors, rumors, rumors.” said Kyrie.

Kryie’s former teammate JR Smith said commented that he belived the Kyrie to New York chances were high.
