Fox is moving forward with building the Kingsman franchise.
The third Kingsman movie was announced by director Matthew Vaughn is one that has been rumored since the release of Kingsman: The Golden Circle, which grossed another $400 million.
A new report indicates Kingsman 3 could serve as an introduction to the franchise’s first spinoff, which is referred to as Kingsman: The Great Game and will be set in the 1910s during World War I.
This spin-off will follow the Statesman, the American version of the British spy organization. Like Colin Firth, Jeff Bridges, who plays the leader of the Statesman, has also expressed in returning to the series, so it can be assumed that he will helm the Statesman movie, possibly alongside Channing Tatum and Halle Berry.
Fox is also planning a eight-hour TV mini-series based in the Kingsman universe.
