Joyner Lucas is ready to take on the independent music route.
On Sunday, Lucas announced that he was ready to go back to his independent roots.
“The face of a 2x Grammy nominated, platinum selling, stress free rich nigga. did I forget to say I’m now 100% Independant?. which means im no longer signed to ATLANTIC” wrote Lucas.

Joyner dropped off his 508-507-2209 album and made waves with his viral “I’m Not A Rapper” visual, which earned him one of those referenced GRAMMY nominations for Best Music Video. The other one comes from a guest verse on Eminem’s “Lucky You.“
