Jay-Z Claps Back At George Zimmerman On Drake’s “Talk Up”

Jay-Z has one of the best verses on Drake’s new album.

Jay-Z assisted Drake on the track “Talk Up” produced by DJ Paul. On Hov’s verse, he addresses everything from George Zimmerman to XXXTentacion’s recent death.

“I got your president tweeting/I won’t even met with him/Y’all killed X and let Zimmerman live/Streets is done.”

Back in December, Zimmerman threatened Jay-Z about his upcoming Trayvon Martin documentary. In an interview, Zimmerman indicated he would shot the global icon. He also went on to say he  “anyone who f*cks with my parents will be fed to an alligator.”

Jay-Z has continued to be an advocate for the family of Trayvon Martin. He is also the executive producer of a six-part docuseries based on the murder.

Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story will deal with more than just the tragic murder, but will also tell the surrounding story of the roles race, politics, power, money and the American criminal justice system played. The six part docuseries is based on the book Martin’s parents co-wrote: Rest in Power: The Enduring Life of Trayvon Martin.
