6ix9ine Hospitalized After Robbery

6ix9ine was reportedly hospitalized early Sunday morning (July 24) after three hooded gunmen attacked and robbed him shortly following the wrap of a music video shoot in Brooklyn — but the rapper provided authorities with a different version of the scuffle.

TMZ initially reported that 6ix9ine was pursued in front of his home before assailants pistol-whipped him and knocked him unconscious. He supposedly came to in the backseat of their car, where they threatened him before returning to his home to rob him of $750,000 of jewelry, along with $15,000-$20,000 in cash.

When the robbers fled the scene with 6ix9ine still in the backseat of their car, he escaped by opening the door of the vehicle and jumping out. After seeking the help of a stranger, who called 911, an ambulance arrived and took 6ix9ine to the hospital, where he’s currently being treated.

The Associated Press confirmed with the New York Police Department that 6ix9ine claimed he was forced from the car he was riding in around 4:30 a.m. The men who did so then had him call someone to bring personal property to the scene, where they took an “undisclosed amount of jewelry” from 6ix9ine and left.

The AP adds that 6ix9ine became “uncooperative” with authorities once he filed his report; furthermore, there’s no mention of the rapper seeking medical attention or being treated for any injuries following the event.

Cross offered a brief monologue before revealing his choice, while standing in front of his football team. “I just want to thank my family: mom and my dad, coach Davis, my football team,” he started. “With that being said, I want to announce that I committed to the University of Oregon.”

Travis Scott has shared a new video for his Drake-assisted Astroworld track “Sicko Mode.”

The trippy video was shot in Houston and directed by Dave Meyers and Travis Scott. Meyers previously directed Scott’s wild “Stop Trying to Be God” visual, which featured cameos from James Blake and Kylie Jenner. Drizzy and Scott alternate verses as well as locations through the video.

The video takes you on a wild ride through Scott’s hometown of Houston, which he treats like his very own amusement park, much like the one his latest album,Astroworld, is named after.

“Uproar” is directed by Mills Miller, which features cameos from the song’s producer Swizz Beatz, Shiggy, Kid Pat and Fatboy SSE.
