Joe Budden Responds To Eminem Diss “I Been Better Than You”

Joe Budden was one of the many artists that Eminem decided to address on his Kamikaze.

On the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, Budden responded to Em dissing him on the tracks “The Ringer” and “Fall”.

“Let me tell you what Joe Budden has thought this entire time–They sheltered you your whole fucking career,” he says. “News flash… I’ve been better than you this entire fucking decade. I can’t say that back then. But in my rapper brain, I’m a content n***a. You have to say something. You haven’t said anything for the better part of a whole fucking decade.”

Budden also said he’s not going back in the lab to for response record.

“I think it’s really corny when retired n—–s pop shit about what they coulda, shoulda, woulda done,” he said. “So, I feel like I’m in control of the rules here, Em. I’m backed now. You’re not so much.”

On “Fall”, Eminem mentioned Budden by name.”Somebody tell Budden before I snap, he better fasten it/Or have his body bag get zipped/The closest thing he’s had to hits is smackin’ bitches.”

2 Chainz is still not ready to release his highly-anticipated Rap Or Go To The League. Instead he decided to tease fans with two new tracks.

The tracks—part of a dual single pack—are called “Hot Wings” and “Girl’s Best Friend,” assisted by Ty Dolla Sign. 2 Chainz announced the releases on social media Thursday morning.

“I’m dropping some new shit this week and @tydollasign is on one of the joints called “ GIRLS BEST FRIENDS”, wrote the Atlanta boss.

The superproducer brought in who’s who of music for the lp. The project features Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Nas, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Quavo, Pharrell, Rick Ross, 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, and more.

The Atlanta Native hyped up the collabs on his Instagram page.
